For more than 25 years, Philip Kujawa has represented his clients which include Fortune 100 companies as well as national and regionally based alarm and security service companies in commercial and tort litigation. The majority
of his practice is dedicated to defending clients facing catastrophic claims and advising them on contract matters.

Armed with his extensive industry knowledge, Phil created and serves as the leader of Hinshaw's Alarm and Security Services practice. He also serves as due diligence counsel of alarm and security issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Speaker: Brad Tolliver, SMG Security Holdings 

Brad Tolliver is President of SMG Security Holdings, a regional provider of fire, security, video, and access control systems. An SMG associate since 2017, he leads a team that was recognized as Large Dealer of the Year by Security Sales & Integration at its annual Sammy Awards. Prior to SMG, Tolliver was the Vice President/General Manager of Per Mar Security, where he was responsible for sales, operations, and profit & loss accounts. Tolliver chairs the St. James Catholic Church School Board's finance committee and is a board member of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce and the Falcon Ridge Real Estate Association.
