Topic: Current Trends in the Security Industry

With the announcement that Amazon is selling security, XFINITY rebranding product and the increasing usage of Ring and Nest, it’s hard to say what will happen in the RMR market.  Companies that are primarily RMR oriented will have to re-think their marketing plans and better prepare their businesses for these emerging competitive challenges.  Frankly, while Ron thinks the market will hold up for this year, all of these factors are certain to have a negative impact over the long haul.
